I need a recommendation please

Friends, I am searching for a new cookbook.. Something long on vegetables, low fatish.

Our two go to books include the Cooking Light Series and most importantly, The Best Vegetable Recipes by the editors of Cook's Illustrated.

I would appreciate your suggestions.

Patricia Wells has a vegetable book out -- I don't have it but have others by her and I like her recipes. You might want to give it a peek next time you're at Borders or B and N.

The Victory Garden Cookbook - Marian Morash
Vegetarian Cooking For Everyone - Deborah Madison
The Greens Cookbook - Deborah Madison
Vegetable Harvest - Patricia Wells
Salad As A Meal - Patricia Wells, available May 2009
The Moosewood cookbooks are all good, too. I have not used Paul Gaylor's cookbooks, but word has it they're worth having.

I *highly* recommend Ellie Krieger's "The Food You Crave". It is healthy but delicious, not a ton of weird ingredients required, and we have loved every recipe we've tried so far. Enjoy!

Thank you all. I am off to B&N or B's just as soon as I'm told I'm free to go.

Thank you again. I purchased several which I'll tell you about later in the week.
