    I love that idea. I'd leave more of a tip if I didn't have to interact with wait staff.

    So do you just pay a cover charge? I am also wondering if this absolves them of any liability in the event that someone over-serves themselves.

    And, I love the new header; meant to tell you yesterday.

    By the way, that blue and white striped jacket on the right? I saw that last week in a Venice shop window (James Cook I think was the name of the shop) - and on 3 gentlemen over the next couple of days. Thought of you...

    They just trotted these out at Fado'...and Irish Joint on Walnut st. in Phila....serve yerself taps....not good for me...I have no self comntrol when tap beer and frosty pint glasses are not rationed out by waitstaff...
