    I just completed this same obstacle course with our serviceman. What were you doing when your service was interrupted..and so on and so forth.
    Being out of internet service is such a pain.

    Technology. Doncha just hate/love it? I am just returned from 12 days in Italy and had my first internet cafe experience. My junk email has increased by about 10 fold...
